2. Eligibility

  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
  • One claim per person, household and e-mail address.

3. Promotional Period

  • Start: 00:01 BST on [Event Date 2025]
  • End: 23:59 BST on [Event Date + 30 days 2025] (“Qualifying Window”)
  • Claims submitted outside the Qualifying Window are ineligible.

4. How to Claim Your Free Shaker Cup

  • Scan the event QR code or visit ainslieainslie.com/ladygarden during the Qualifying Window.
  • Complete the online form in full, including a valid UK shipping address.
  • We will dispatch one (1) limited-edition Ainslie + Ainslie shaker cup (“Gift”) within 14 days of claim confirmation.
  • Gifts available: [insert number]. When stock is exhausted the form will be disabled.
  • No purchase necessary. Standard UK shipping is free; expedited or non-UK shipping is not available.

5. Returns & Refunds

The Gift is free of charge and cannot be returned for a refund, cash equivalent or exchange. Our usual returns policy applies only to paid-for goods purchased separately.

  • Personal data supplied via the claim form will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We will use your data solely to fulfil your Gift and, where you have consented, to send product updates and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. General

  • Gifts are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility; refuse incomplete, bulk, automated or fraudulent claims; substitute a Gift of equal or greater value; or amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary.
  • The Promoter’s liability to you is limited to the value of the Gift, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
