1. The Promoter

This prize draw is organised by GameFace Ltd ("the Promoter"), Huddle, 4 Queen’s Road, London, SW19 8ND.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to UK residents aged 18.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  • To enter, participants must submit their name, email address and phone number as well as a numerical guess for the number of tennis balls in the ainslie + ainslie car through the entry form above [available at: www.ainslieainslie.com/pages/prizedraw-wimbledon-car] .
  • Only one entry per person is permitted.
  • Entry period runs from 30/06/25 until 23:59 on 15/07/25.

4. The Prize

  • One winner will receive:
    • 3-month supply of NIGHT + DAY POWDER supplements (comprised of 3 pouches of NIGHT POWDER and 3 pouches of DAY POWDER)
    • 2 x Babolat Boost Aero Tennis Rackets
    • 1 x Babolat Pure Aero 6 Racket Bag
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection

  • The entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number will be deemed the winner.
  • In the event that two or more entrants submit guesses that are equally close to the correct number (either above or below), the winner will be selected at random from among those equally close guesses.
  • The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
  • The winner will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the draw.
  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

  • By entering this prize draw, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

7. General

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure or other reasons.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its control make it necessary to do so.
  • The Promoter's decision regarding all matters relating to the prize draw will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The prize draw and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Third Party Terms

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of Babolat products or services.
  • Any warranty claims related to the Babolat products must be directed to Babolat in accordance with their standard warranty terms.

9. Limitations of Liability

  • The Promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected as a winner.
  • The Promoter's liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence is not limited.
